| GreenKnight127 12/08/19 10:04:13 PM #2: | To be completely honest, there are so many good, 100% free, and well-made exercise videos on YouTube, I honestly don't know why people go to gyms. All you need are some free weights....and there are countless exercises you can do with just your own body....and nail all the important spots. Yoga mats are literally like $20 at Wal-Mart. I have a set of 20 pound weights, and 35 pound weights. Probably cost me $50 bucks for the set. That's $70 for a mat and brand new weights. And you could probably find cheaper at flea markets and shit. Or your neighbor when he puts them out for spring clean-up. Youtube "good exercise routines".
