Also, since it is about winning the SERIES as a whole and not accumulating wealth, it doesnt make sense for Holhauzer to play like he normally did. Well, Holzhauer did adjust his play during the recent Tournament of Champions. There were several Daily Doubles where he wagered a measly couple grand. I wonder if he'll go into it with that mindset straight away, or perhaps try his old "go for broke" first, since it's a first-to-three series so even if it doesn't work out the first time, he can switch up his approach afterward.
