The boyfriend heard a "blood curling" screarm from the room and witnessed the victim with blood coming from his head and then he attacked the victim by stabbing them in the NECK Curdling. Full Throttle posted... Do you think minors who commit serious crimes should have their NAMES RELEASED?? No, because it defeats the point of the major/minor system. The only time a minor's name should be released is if they died. Everything else should be sealed records. wwinterj25 posted... Perhaps if minors got the same punishment as adults they would be less inclined to commit these crimes as the safety net of hiding behind their age is taken away.
