Topic	Home prices in Rochester, NY are a joke.

Some really good places in lots of areas of Upstate can be had for like $100-200K. Comparable stuff downstate are like $500-$800k. Lots of people are moving up there to save money. In a decade or two, it'll be pretty populated. --- It all just disappears, doesn't it?
