FTC said clealr that they will target and hunt down content creators, and their definition of what is for kids is so vague so nothing is safe. It doesnt matter if your video is about a childrens toy or an expensive collectors item, if it looks like a toy for somebody that dont know anything about it, it will be a toy and thereby for kids. Is it animated? Then it is a cartoon and thereby for kids. It doesnt matter if it is a South Park clip of Randy killing Winnie the Pooh, it is a vartoon and thereby for kids. Videogame? For kids. ESRB rating doesnt matter, it is for kids. Fantasy? For kids. Doesnt matter if it is Games of Thrones, it is fantasy and thereby for kids.
While all of that is technically possible, it sounds like worst case scenario doomsdayspeak.
