Basically any video site that has kid friendly videos (and kid friendly in this case is over reachingly broad and can refer to pretty much everything fiction) cannot give revenue to those videos as well as make it as difficult as possible for people to find those videos. So Poketubers for example will no longer be allowed to receive money from their videos and said videos will no longer show up in recommended section or in search queries.
