Imagine thinking that someone exhibiting signs that theyre unstable and violent should not have their guns taken away

imagine someone gets to have their private property taken away that they have a constitutional right to have because a girl friend had a grudge to pick. and have fun with the lawyer fees getting them back (undamaged).

Absolute bananaland logic

You say that but it happens. All it takes is for someone to say you're suicidal and the cops can take your guns. Someone can even hint you have bad intentions with guns and they're taken away.

Bad people shouldn't have guns, but good people shouldn't have theirs taken away

Can you post any actual evidence of people wrongfully having their guns taken away?

there are plenty of instances of individuals who have had their firearms taken away unfairly (or illegally). Most do not make headlines or the news. But here's one https://michellawyers.com/former-police-officer-files-rico-suit-against-l-a-p-d-for-illegal-gun-seizure/

Hard for me to have any sympathy for a private individual that thinks they need to be entitled to own over 300 guns when kids are getting murdered at school every week

they are not the least bit related to one another. That is like not being sympathetic for someone whose car broke down because there are so many car thefts
