If you go to a doll's status screen, you will now see this (yellow arrow at the top): If you tap/click on that, you can give combat reports to the doll directly. The same also goes for the plus on the affection gauge; you can give affection-boosting items directly that way as well. --- Quality and convenience are rarely seen holding hands.
