Presuming you mean cosmetic customization, I doubt they'll move away from their current, very-successful model of having pre-defined models for each class and making cosmetic customization a matter of gear and microtransactions. If you're referring to customizing their gameplay, however, I also doubt they'll move away from the extreme customization they currently offer. --- This is my signature.
