I mean Angela definitely did worse than Pam or Jim as far as that goes, but that's not the worst part of her or what makes her deserve to be unhappy. To me the more telling things she does are the examples of petty and pointless unkindness or cruelty, like at the dinner party where she agrees with jan to make it seem like there's something going on with pam and michael.
