Like the video card, screen, motherboard, etc. You dont buy it all in one shot unless you have money like that. Instead you acquire a piece at a time, through hard work at your job. Week after week. Like those rare and untradeable godly pieces of armor in an MMO. In the end, the PC will be worth more than the console, and much more powerful.
