Would it be that hard to give him a fat suit? i think this movie is about the origins of eggman. he probably get bald and stiff mustache after an explosion in this movie, and the egg shaped body comes later. At the end of the first trailer it showed him in mushroom zone looking more like eggman, but still not fat.
