Sorry, what do you mean by reset?

In most games, if you hold a series of buttons, such as L, R, -, and + at the same time, the software will reset. You go back to the title screen. This can't be done in SwSh. You'd have to hit the home button, close the software, then start the game again. This can add an extra 20 seconds or so, which adds up when you're doing it repeatedly.

Another note, this game carried over the downgrade from Let's Go where you can't reset for events anymore.

Also like in Let's Go, the exp share is automatic, and cannot be turned off. It's not the biggest deal in the world, but it's objectively bad to remove an option for literally zero benefit.
