You can prove, say, that society, culture, and rational thought can exist without the Bible as a moral framework but you can not prove that God does not exist. It would be like trying to prove someone doesn't exist by calling their cell number, getting no answer, and using that as proof that they don't exist. This is especially true since disproving the judeo-christian god does not disprove the existence of a deity or deities; especially since said deities may not even be concerned with Earth on the whole and may be the pantheon of a species located sixty galaxies away. Not saying it's wrong to be atheist; but saying that there is no such thing as a deity or divine being is just as dogmatic and religious a statement as saying that there is. Also, seriously? The Bible being the opposite of the basis for rational thought? Yea.
