Pretty much, though we tend to call them "parents" when we're talking about humans. Some people are neurologically predisposed to being bad and can be a much greater challenge to parent than a normal child, but there are very few people so completely terrible that they couldn't have turned out alright with a better upbringing (which may have included therapy). Seems like pretty absurd copout regarding personal accountability. Perhaps, but you're going to have to define "person" in order to suggest something like that. --- This is my signature.
