Anything you're looking forward to, and anything you're kind of dreading?

I'm looking forward to some relative privacy. My current roommate is great, but she has a daughter and the two of them kind of take over the house when they're around. I get plenty of time to myself, but it makes it that much more noticeable when they're here.

I'm not looking forward to home maintenance, doing all the cleaning myself, buying all the little things I realized I don't have...yeah, lots of stuff. But there's upside, too, or I wouldn't be doing it. Plus, I needed a change.
