The mods don't get to re-define what words mean. And even if they can, then it should give you a warning before you post like if you use the other r-word. Now I know that if I use that word on here in any context, no matter how benign or unrelated to the offensive usage, I could be hit w/ a moderation, and avoid it accordingly. Not sure how I was supposed to know I can never use a word on here w/ no warning at all about it.
Also, the phrase "actual r**e" is an...interesting choice for you to use...
The use of the word rape for other than the sexual act being against the rules has always been there as far as I remember so still fair imo. Probz should've read the rules back then.
Edit: Bleh, can't see it there now, anywayz used to be like "Don't use rape to say you were getting beat" or whatever.
When I got the violation, it definitely wasn't there, b/c I checked. Don't remember ever seeing such a thing, but I don't check the ToU / rules that often.
