Plumbers get sucked down magical sewer pipes to another world, they meet the princess who promises to try and help them get back, they get to know and like each other, she gets kidnapped by talking lizard king bowser koopa, they head off to parts unknown with toad, they beat up bad guy and rescue princess toadstool.
