there's a lot of conflicting information

the definitive version clears some up, with the added skits, one of which makes sylph say something along the lines that raven shouldn't worry anymore, which implies they're feeding him power, because it literally wouldn't make sense otherwise, and didn't, for that matter.

and then you have the raven manga and drama cds, both of which also have conflicting information with everything else.

in the manga, the blastia just...is a heart, somehow, despite being a crystal and not a pump.

and in the drama cd, it's just a battery that feeds off of nothing.

and what makes everything make even less sense, is that alexei could, apparently, turn both ravens and yeagers hearts off any any time, remotely. which implies there's some sort of weird remote connection to them that also makes no sense.

in fact, the entire reason you have to fight yeager so much, is that he was being controller by alexei to do so. there's a fan theory where he was being blackmailed by alexei due to his work with an orphanage, but that's not very definitive, and the fact that yeager explicitly says that alexei was threatening him with his hoplon blastia. which makes ravens betrayal and subsequent return, make even fucking less sense, because NOTHING changed. raven is still in the same situation he was in before that happened, it's just everyone knows now. the alexei threat of remotely killing him is just...gone. disappeared. poof. it's not even a thing anymore.

there's a lot about this game that make no sense, are introduced and promptly ignored, and things that just go nowhere that make me so mad

it's hard to read my thoughts i'm feeling
guess they're not real then
