Just tip him or shut the fuck up. There is literally nothing for him to lose. The small group of whales that keeps him afloat has shown that they will toss money at him no matter what he says or does. Maybe he won't hit the tip goal every week, but he'll hit it some weeks and come close the rest of the time. You want to know the real reason Phil will never change? It's not because he's lazy or because he can't change. It's because he doesn't have to.
