Topic	Almost 2M people without power near San Francisco.

These states are dry and hot yet they hardly have any wildfires on the same scale as california. They don't really have forests though, not like Cali Northern AZ is basically entirely a forest and just had one of the biggest fires the country has seen near Flagstaff/Sedona.
