A Japanese person would receive the same treatment. A lot of Japanese culture is about not being a bother to people around you. Yeah, one of the reasons I liked Japan so much compared to Hawaii. People are quiet and respectful to those around them. Here, there's people fucking Face Timing everywhere, holding up the line because they're talking or texting, or even playing a God damn electric keyboard on the bus <_< Sounds boring It was quite peaceful. I could do stuff without having to hear some inconsiderate loudmouth dipwad talking on speaker.
