We're wired to take context into consideration and in these "teachable" scenarios they're presented in a way that gives weighted context to the consensual activity and then he (always a he) rapes her (always a her). Look at the one posted above by the fat studies professor. the scenario does everything to describe what would lead to a rape without describing the act of rape.
