I think a wide swath of GameFAQs hasn't taken too kindly to her, not helped by a solo movie that most people don't like that much. Mr. Freeze: I favor High Fodder for him, mainly because I can't see him being stronger than Catwoman. To be fair, though, we did place her at least one tier too low, and I do think he'll have some strength for the reasons half_silver mentioned. The Hulk: Agree with Low Midcarder. Before the MCU, he would have been the strongest of the Marvel characters traditionally associated with the Avengers. He'll still have strength, but his MCU roles haven't been prominent enough to see the boon other characters have garnered from it.
