Slimer (Ghostbusters) - Low fodder I don't think most people care about this thing if they only watched the movies; it's some some decent scenes but it's not really important there. You probably have to have watched the cartoon, too. I feel like Ghostbusters was big enough that most users (at least in North America) probably watched and liked at least the first movie at some point even if it was before their time but the cartoon and general Ghostbusters craze is another matter. Even in nerdy circles I don't think 80's cartoons are something most people are gonna bother digging into unless they have nostalgia for them; too long and formulaic. And even then I'm not sure the cartoon left the strongest impression among the era's youth compared to say Gi Joe/Transformers/Thundercats/Voltron/TMNT, possibly because it was based on a popular movie which remained the cornerstone of the franchise.
