| DuneMan 10/15/19 7:35:48 PM #22: | Each weapon requires a certain rank in repair to max out, done by combining two of the same weapon. The exception are the unique variants which use the basic version for repairs; but IIRC Bethesda stupidly allows the unique variants to be consumed to repair the common versions so be careful about that. Anyway, the higher your Repair skill the higher your cap on repairing particular items. NPCs are different, in that they always repair to their skill amount. The best repair guy is a wandering merchant, meaning the DLC enemies will SLAUGHTER that person unless you download a mod to protect them. Alien Epoxy is an exception. It repairs your currently equipped weapon by an amount determined by your repair skill. 100 in repair restores something like 30% durability. --- "I'd rather betray the world than let the world betray me." -Cao Cao ...
