He admitted to having sex without consent with his accusers between 2015 and 2017 He was hired by the Louisville Dept in 2015 and resigned in 2 years after an investigation was brought to light Several of the 5 lawsuits accused him of rape, including instances in which he was ON DUTY and ARMED Prosecutors did not go that far and instead charged him with misdemeanor counts of sexual misconduct, citing questions about evidence of his use of force or physical threats The victims agreed to the plea deal which means they will not have to testify Heather Richards said "I would have testified, gotten up there if that's what it took.
