Topic	Why has Harley Quinn gone through such a drastic wardrobe change?

Harley Quinn started out looking basically like a jack(jill?)-in-the-box, and then VTMB came out and introduced this psychotic cheerleader whore character, and DC was like "i want that, make someone into that".
