In the case of people hating you, determining likely reasons why is a good first step to not just reactively hate back. If the reasons are invalid, shrugging off their hate becomes a lot easier. If they're valid, you can channel that energy into self improvement instead of hate. A good second step is to determine how important the person is in your life, really. The less important they are, again, just shrugging them off becomes easier. I'm not saying it's an easy choice to not hate, but there are steps you can take to try to avoid it, particularly on a message board. My negative feelings about anyone here have peaked at annoyance. I feel if you escalate beyond this using the ignore feature more may be helpful. Or maybe just detaching yourself from the board a bit more if you can. --- No problem!
