Its probably the rest + warmup sets. But I can complete bench, squat, and press, 4 sets each, with good energy. But after that I have low energy to complete chinups and/or rows. And if I'm gonna flip my back workout to the next day, I might as well do press that day as well. And on that day I can do just 6 sets of arms. On the squat/bench days I can do abs.

I'm not worried about going super hard on arms right now, since I'm just starting off again.

Not to mention after about 3-4 months I'm probably going to switch to a standard 4-5 day PPL routine, after I milk my noob gains with this full body stuff.
