You've already got Bernie Sanders taking that demographic. She realizes it, too, in her statement she's like "NOT AGAINST BERNIE THIS TIME!" #2. She doesn't have enough base support for it to matter. #3. There are too many candidates. At this point, most people will be like "Tulsi Gabbard isn't going to be at the debate? Well, nothing of value lost." I think most people wish it'd just come down to Biden/Warren/Sanders and MAYBE one or two others. #4. She's been way too friendly to the Trump Administration.
