The title (and what it implies about the film) is kind of terrible (and pretentious as fuck), but I'm more scared off by the fact that it's an unapologetic sequel to a bad film, which kind of shits on the source material. The movie isn't really Birds of Prey. It's Gotham City Sirens with Birds of Prey characters and a ridiculous emphasis on Harley because Margot Robbie is a popular actress. It also doesn't help that the vibe I'm getting from the trailer is that someone heard how popular Deadpool was and is now trying to ape that tone and style without really understanding why it worked, so there's going to be a lot of cringeworthy meta bullshit.
