LFG anywhere in the world, and Classic PUGs are going to be pretty good, but I usually either have a guild group or I don't go. SM is a good one because you can reset and churn out a lot of runs easily, and the area channels have a lot of LFG as well (right now anyway, we'll see in a couple of months).
