Antivaxxers. They're legitimately hurting their kids and spreading false information based on fake research and lies.
Climate Change Deniers just have different opinions. I don't agree with them, but they're not really hurting anyone.
They prevent action from being taken to reduce the impact of our carbon emissions and will hasten the greenhouse effect from causing permanent irreparable harm to our ecosystem.
So yeah, they DO fucking hurt everyone.
Anti-vaxxers suck too, but are a much smaller less influential group, and won't cause nearly as much long term harm. Plus their bs can be easier dealt with than climate change deniers, just by passing laws like not allowing non-vaccinated kids into public schools. Dealing with climate change requires much larger, more sweeping political action.
Oh please, your opinions and actions regarding supposed climate change don't change anything for anybody. Stop acting like you have so much control over what happens around you.
