The jury usually has their minds made up going into it. Whereas in the older seasons, when it was formatted properly, they had the roundtable with all jurors, so they all had a chance to factor in the final HOH's decision. Now, they only have to think "Nicole > Michie > Holly" in their heads and that final decision doesn't germ at all. Also the final juror should at least get to sleep on it. Why not have the penultimate episode be that eviction?
