It's good you're seeking help and I hope you have a good support network too. It's sad however it's costing you to do so with professionals. Mental health is no laughing matter. My brothers best mate killed himself a year ago and left behind his GF due to life and his own state of mind. He seemed a happy guy but I guess he never talked about his true feelings. It seems rough man. Edit: As others have said ignore the bill. Your main focus is trying to get to a better place mentally.
