| Topic | What are some fiction/video game series where the only good one is the first? |

The Matrix - is one that is universally agreed to have the first one the only good film in the series, though I personally haven't seen Reloaded or Revolutions yet. Heavy Metal - First movie was well-received but second movie bombed and was hated by everyone. Perfect Dark - I personally loved PDZ but not many share that view with me. I can't think of many video games at the moment, but...I know there are many franchises that were outsourced to different devs resulting in awful sequels, just can't think of em at the moment. Whoever said Deus Ex you're crazy if you think Human Revolution was bad tbh. Many of the choices in this thread are weird and I think some of you are just trolling tbh. --- ~Nintendo 64.
