| Topic | Have you ever had any job interviews that went terribly? |
| Dikitain 09/19/19 6:13:28 PM #6: | My first ever real interview was for a job at Anheuser Busch, and they had advertised that they wanted a Computer Science co-op. However, they were ACTUALLY looking for an IT co-op. Most of the interview was them asking if I had worked in technology ____ and me responding with "no". I didn't even bother waiting for a call back on that one. I had another interview recently where they had me try out some stuff on a virtual machine remotely, only for me to completely break the entire system I was working on. Surprisingly, they actually wanted to bring me in for a in-person interview after. I ended up canceling that a few days later because I found out the Salary they were offering was way lower then I was making currently (like 30% lower). --- I am a senior software engineer.
