Better art (Ooyari Ashito is literally the only artist I know the name of because his art is so damn good; other works by him are Period and Littlewitch Romanesque) but worse gameplay imo. Rather than Sengoku Rance it feels a lot more like another Alicesoft title Daiteikoku. Which is kind of like Sengoku Rance but in space with WW2 countries. Has a partial patch that's been out for like 7 years and no more progress, rip... Rance characters (Kenshin for sure, I feel like someone else too) cameo in it, so that's pretty cool.
