There's a new banner with 5 stage girls spotlighted (none of them are new additions) and each player gets to choose which stage girl will have increased pull rates for them. So if you specifically want Sun General Maya, or Heracles Michiru, or one of the other girls shown in the banner, you can choose which one to be the one that you have a better chance of pulling.
