Like Sunshine isn't the best game imo but it plays well and can be fun, DK64 isn't at all fun to go back to at all. If it wasn't for all the rules BS and the wheel shenanigans the whole show would just be a flop. Don't think they will kill it off at this point but hope it really doesn't go anymore than like 5 more episodes and if they revisit this idea they pick a better game. Like honestly if they just did Mario 64 all 120 stars it would have been a much better show. DK 64 is a decent game, but you act like they even played it so far. They havent rescued 3 of the characters, they have done 1 bonus game, and seen two worlds. I'm convinced they will fight the angry aztec boss then goto world 3 and melt the cart with acid at this point.
