It's alot of work for one person, but the real reason I make less? Because I end up tired of whatever I make before I finally finish it all off.

I made a no barley-beef barley soup (Ran out of space so couldn't put the barely in) like 5 days ago, and it was quite good the first day, pretty good the second day reheated, but I still have half of it left, and am forcing myself to eat it today (really wanted chicken or pizza again (or both muahhaa).

Even the most yummy delicious food I make, I get tired of eating. I should freeze it I know, but I have always hated doing that (never tastes as good, and I end up just leaving it frozen till it's dinosauric and I through it out).

So now I tend to either BBQ something, or make a pasta sauce etc, and avoid all the dishes that take all day to make etc. Years of cooking skills are fading away.

Oh well.
