It had some good moments (the training scene was peobably the best in the series so far) but it was pretty much the story of III again, except without a point, and they screwed up Adrian again, though in fairness not as badly as II. Plus, extra training or not, Rocky had no business whatsoever beating Drago after he KO'd and freaking killed Apollo in the second dang round, when the story even freaking begins with the question of who is better intentionally unresolved AND Drago is empiraclly shown to have gotten stronger since then.
