I even put the Buzzer # in the shipping address label these days so there's no excuse, it's like they just come by the back entrance and see no buzzer and just go away without realizing it's not the front entrance where the buzzer is located

but like

if you if see no buzzer then obviously there's another entrance since i specifically put in a buzz code on the address
