Explore every day to max everyone's drive, and instruct l GD members in stats you may want to use if you recruit them in future playthrough. I started training Leonie in Axes and Heavy Armor in the last 2 chapters even though she's a Bow Knight, so I could spend renown to level those quicker initially in a future playthrough for Great Knight even though she was E in both, and got them both to C+. Was also able to train Byleth all the way to a B in Flying from a D+ through last minute drills. ---
