That is a great place to be working. You can easily get a place nearby as well if it doesn't work out with your sister. I just moved from washington, had a Hagen down the street from my house, though usually drove down to the nearest windixie for grocery shopping. yeah hagens was usually pricier, but for some reason every once in a while they had crazy good prices on some stuff.
