Topic	Have you ever acquired furniture from the curb?

My SO used to live in an area that catered to a lot of college students. When they'd graduate and move away, they'd throw away a lot of their stuff. That's how he got most of his furniture and kitchenware. Most of my furniture was either inherited from my grandparents, purchased on sale/clearance, was cheap IKEA-type stuff, or bought from Goodwill. I know a lot of people that do that.
