Customer: ...but it's Wednesday? Me: O_o ...yes? Customer: So you can sell alcohol now, right? Me: ...no. The cutoff is 1am. It's currently 3am. We can start selling again at 5:30. Customer: But I just told you it's Wednesday! Me: I'm not sure what your point is. The cutoff is always 1am. 7 days a week. Customer: Well that's bullshit. Me: I'm sorry? I don't know what to tell you. We can't sell alcohol right now. Is there anything else you need? Customer: *leaves case of beer on counter and stomps out*
So does anybody have any idea why this person thought the fact that it's Wednesday made a difference? I'm so confused right now. O_o
