I didn't like that I had to pick something with 32 or less subtlety if my fans liked simple gimmicks or whatever, or that gimmicks had arbitrary requirements that served no point other than to tank the gimmick rating if you picked an unsuited worker. I only used the pre-named gimmicks for gimmick ideas, then usually just cloned and remade the gimmick off of something that met my requirements for the worker and promotion, which is exactly what he's moving it over for as it turns out, go figure.
