I mean, the whole concept of having some kind of written exam where you need to fucking write on your lap or the side of an awkward egg shaped thing is absurd, Will showing he wasn't your typical militant drone grunt would be the type of person you'd want in a program like MiB. Hence Zed's whole sarcastic line of "Gentlemen, congratulations. You're everything we've come to expect from years of government training".
